The Opportunity

As HR Operations Specialist, you will be the go‐to HR expert for Italy, translating global HR strategy into effective local execution. You'll work closely with business leaders and employees alike, ensuring compliance, engagement, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include
\n
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to Italian leadership teams
- Ensuring compliance with Italian labor law, payroll, and employment regulations
- Managing employee relations and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Supporting end‐to‐end people processes, from onboarding to development and retention
- Overseeing local HR systems, data integrity, and administrative processes
- Delivering local learning and development initiatives
- Advising on compensation and benefits
About You:\n
This role is ideal for a hands‐on HR professional who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and working within an international environment.

You'll bring
\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or similar
- Proven HR experience, ideally within a multinational company
- Strong expertise in Italian payroll and labor relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills
- Fluent in Italian with a strong level of English
- Experience with HR reporting and communication tools is a plus.
