This figure reports directly to the Financial Director.
For the company it is important to enjoy working with others in the organization and, at the same time, to be able to work individually with own responsibilities, that are:
Partner with the leadership team to drive the medium/Long term strategic plan/performance of the Marketing Unit;
Provide insights to FP&A on site performance, partner to drive performance and close gaps;
Possess strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills;
Understand the drivers of historic, current and forecast performance for the Marketing Unit and partner with leadership team to highlight emerging issues or trends and work together with FP&A team to make recommendations on corrective actions;
Translate operational targets into executable in-year and medium/long term plans;
Build business performance and analytics by interpreting data, assess its value and present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way;
Identify opportunities for efficiencies, build the business case, work closely with the local business to ensure optimum savings and design metrics to measure performance;
Perform analysis of past investment projects to assess status vs. business case and identify actions to close gaps if relevant;
Collaborate with the new product development (NPD) team to assess business case and NPD strategy;
Support the Annual Plan, budget and forecasting (LV) process;
Requirements:
Masters or Bachelors' level degree in Economics;
Business knowledge - preferably in FMCG setting;
Middle Management
