The ideal candidate should have experience in multinational environments and delivery models involving offshore teams. Key skills include managing time management and service costing, along with its evolution and improvements. A background in technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, or Custom Development, along with certifications like PMI, Prince2, or ITIL, is preferred. Long Description In this role, you will: Lead and manage service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. Organize and oversee project work, ensuring timely completion within budget. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve issues. Identify opportunities to sell additional services beyond the initial scope. Ensure adherence to project scope, KPIs, and deliverables. Measure and report on project performance with detailed and accurate reporting. Job Responsibilities Your Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams for high performance. Experience in sales and business development, with a track record of upselling and expanding client engagements. Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting KPIs and project performance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
