A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. /p h3What you will do /h3 pThe Controller Overseas is responsible for overseeing financial performance across international markets, ensuring accurate reporting, driving financial planning processes, and supporting strategic decision-making for overseas division. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for overseas entities /li liCoordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across international subsidiaries /li liMonitor revenue, margins, and cost structure across markets /li liProvide in-depth financial analysis and performance insights /liliSupport pricing strategy and profitability improvement initiatives /li liEnsure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations /li liPartner with local Finance teams and regional management /li liDrive process improvements and standardization across countries /li liSupport investment analysis and business case evaluations /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of international reporting standards /li liAbility to manage complexity in a multi-country environment /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 pKnowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus /p h3Education /h3 pDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field /p h3Professional experience /h3 p5–8+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in multinational companies /p h3Language /h3 pFluent in italian and English (additional languages are a plus) /p h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred) /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li /ul p#LI-MV1 /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
