Job Title: MEP Project Manager (Electrical Bias) Location: Europe Employment Type: Full-Time Start: 16th March 2026 Role: Permanent We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong Electrical bias to deliver high-profile projects across multiple European locations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role suited to a proactive, self-starting professional who can step into live projects with minimal supervision following a structured handover. The successful candidate will be flexible, highly organised, and comfortable travelling extensively across Europe to support diverse project requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the electrical scope of MEP packages on various projects across Europe Take ownership of projects following handover and drive them through to successful completion Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, public health, and general contractors Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications Oversee programme schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management Ensure adherence to local regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures Attend client meetings and act as the primary electrical point of contact Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and commissioning oversight Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and progress updates
