Preparation of competitive and high-quality project solutions proposals in response to RFQs/RFIs/RFPs received from clients within the region including sourcing and cost analysisPreparation of high-quality bid documentationSupporting contract implementation and client onboardingMaintaining up-to-date records, rate database and CRMPreparation of quotations to clients and overseas offices for air, ocean or road according to the cargo requirements for both import, export and x-tradeSourcing rates from subcontractors, overseas offices, support functions and analyze inputs into comprehensive, competitive offersUnderstanding customers scope of work and requirements, identifying risks related to these and mitigating the risks by agreeing on terms and conditionsReporting and analyzing business results and targets/KPIs within scopeAny mutually agreed sales, operations and/or business development activities to achieve growth and profitability

Commercial and operational experience in General Cargo, Break Bulk, Oversized and Heavy Lift shipments (multi-modal)Ideally, experience in pricing and tender managementCapability to understand large concepts yet have attention to detailInterest in global logistics landscape and market developmentsDesire to continuous learning from clients, peers, network to enable both personal and business growth on a long-termMotivation to work in an internationally operating company and already have experience in working with other countries and culturesAbility to prioritize, plan and control/monitor given tasks on a daily basis with a medium-term focusEnthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment, while remaining focused under pressureYou are a team player and have a strong hands-on mentalityYour very good command of English, enabling you to quickly find your way around the international arenaGood IT skills, to be able to fully utilize CRM, MS Office and other IT-tools ensuring high data quality and integrity
