* Plan, schedule, and organize kitchen staff coverage.
* Prepare, cook, and present high‐quality dishes according to recipes/menus while meeting company standards.
* Assist and supervise assigned cooks in food preparation as needed.
* Supervise quality, presentation, and quantity of prepared food.
* Supervise proper storage of products.
* Supervise receipt of items and inventory checks as requested.
