INNOVATION LEADER specializing in CYBER SECURITY
to join our Innovation team at Teoresi Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Cyber Security innovation strategy, leading cutting-edge Cyber Security projects, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills and drive transformative initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Innovation Planning: According with Innovation Manager, develop and execute an innovation strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and objectives.
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage Cyber Security projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to foster a collaborative environment, leveraging diverse expertise to drive innovation.
* Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and collaboration across teams.
* Organize and facilitate innovation workshops, hackathons, and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Security or related fields.
* Proven track record of leading Cyber Security projects and driving innovation within an organization.
Leadership and Management Skills:
* Exceptional leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
