Job Description:
* Responsible for IT infrastructure management.
* Manage IT support and maintenance for the entire company.
* Handle rights management for users within the company and provide user support.
* Manage IT aspects related to local contracts, including investments, leasing, software licenses, and backups.
* Optimize IT costs.
Ideal Candidate:
* Solid knowledge of software and hardware usage.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
* Good organizational and coordination skills.
* Problem-solving skills, tactical planning, and effective communication.
* Attitude oriented towards solving clients' and colleagues' needs.
* Ability to work at different organizational levels.
* Ability to lead a small team.
