A strong exposure to Embedded Product Development Life Cycle processes, tools Agile methodologies is crucial to ensure process driven product development. /ph3In This Role – Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3ulliLead a global engineering team (2-4 people) of Firmware Engineers located in different Emerson sites /liliProvide leadership in technical reviews and issue resolution for the team. /liliDesign, implement, and improve firmware, embedded solutions for industrial actuators. /liliAnalysing and optimizing firmware performance. /liliDrive code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for self and others in the team. /liliFixing and performing Root Cause Analysis of the issues. /liliConsistency to standard processes for code development, reuse, and portability. /liliMaintain documentation, bug tracking, and records related to software development. /liliLead the product backlog, define product requirements and User Stories and facilitate sprint planning, supervise the sprint progress lead the partners. /liliLead firmware development projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with other team members to meet project deadlines /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3pYou have proven ability to guide teams in the right direction when faced with technical difficulties.
