IMPiegato Ufficio Acquisti - Categoria Protetta (Randstad Italia)

Location: Milano (zona nord). Full time, 37 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. Hybrid model available, 2 days smart‑working per week.

Job type : Direct hiring – permanent contract. Competitive RAL commensurate with experience. Additional benefits: buoni pasto (9 € per day), comprehensive welfare package, production bonus.

Responsibilities :

- Procure materials, tools and machinery for laboratories and production sites.
- Place and track purchase orders in direct interface with domestic and international suppliers.
- Track delivery times, quality and resolve supply issues.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers.
- Maintain purchasing documentation and generate procurement reports.
- Verify and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications :

- Category protected under Legislative Decree 68/99.
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing or order processing.
- Good command of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a results‑oriented mindset.

Ufficio Acquisti (Attal Group)

- Generate purchase requests and negotiate with suppliers.
