Working under the guidance of a Project Manager, the Associate Project Manager helps manage resources, monitor project timelines, and maintain effective communication among team members and clients. #LI-AL2 /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liProject Support: ul liAssist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, defining individual tasks, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project team. /li liUpdate project trackers and reports regularly to keep stakeholders informed of project status. /li /ul /li liClient Interaction: ul liAct as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing regular updates as directed by the Project Manager. /li liAddress client queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction. /li liParticipate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. /li /ul /li liDocumentation: ul liPrepare and organize project documentation, ensuring that all records, including contracts, scope documents, and timelines, are accurate and accessible. /li liTrack document versions and ensure compliance with company documentation standards. /li liAssist in creating reports and summaries for internal and client use, ensuring clarity and accuracy. /li /ul /li liScheduling and Coordination: ul liCoordinate meetings, arrange logistics, and distribute agendas and minutes to relevant stakeholders. /li liTrack key project milestones and send reminders to the team to ensure timely completion of tasks. /li liMaintain and update the project calendar to reflect changes in timelines or deliverable deadlines. /li /ul /li liBudget and Risk Monitoring: ul liSupport budget tracking by collecting and compiling expense reports and project costs for analysis. /li liAssist in identifying potential budget variances and flag them for the Project Manager. /li liMonitor project risks, document them in risk logs, and report findings to assist with risk mitigation. /li /ul /li liQuality Assurance: ul liAssist in conducting quality checks on deliverables, ensuring they meet the specified standards. /li liDocument and report any quality issues or deviations from the project plan. /li liProvide feedback to the team on areas for improvement in project processes. /li /ul /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering /p h3Qualifications /h3 p3+ years of experience in an engineering or technical role within a project setting, ideally with exposure to cross-functional teamwork. /p ul liProfessional project management certifications are desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar).
