Follow the social media strategies that reflect the unique brand identity of Reschio, as shaped by the Bolza family's vision.Curate content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring each post speaks to the refined elegance and creativity of the brand.Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and maintain the brand's high standards across all digital touchpoints.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to craft visually compelling and strategically driven content that mirrors the Reschio aesthetic.Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.Create detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media performance, ensuring KPIs are met and consistently striving for better results.Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table that continue to position Reschio as a leader in its field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and high-end context where brand identity is paramount.Fluent in both English and Italian (C1 level) – the ability to communicate seamlessly in both languages is essential.Good writing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of how to communicate the nuances of luxury, heritage, and contemporary innovation.Good creative skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas while staying aligned with the overarching vision of the Bolza family and the Reschio brand.Skill in using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and a solid understanding of SEO/SEM techniques to drive engagement and results.
