Production Assistant with a strong technical background to join our Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Production Supervisor, supporting the daily management of production activities across multiple departments. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, problem solving, and continuous improvement within the plant. Your Impact Support the achievement of production targets (productivity, quality and delivery) Contribute to improving operational efficiency and process performance Provide hands‐on support to production teams, including during product changeovers Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the shopfloor Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Support Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to manage daily operations across multiple production lines Monitor production progress and support the resolution of technical, quality, and logistical issues Provide direct support to operators during critical phases such as product changeovers Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyze production data and track key KPIs (efficiency, OEE, quality performance) Monitor production hours vs attendance to support efficiency analysis Prepare reports and identify improvement opportunities Continuous Improvement (Lean) Support OEE analysis and drive related improvement actions Participate in lean and continuous improvement projects Take ownership of corrective actions arising from production or quality deviations Coordination & Daily Operations Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to problem-solving activities Support the management of material and service requests for the department Ensure proper flow of information between production, logistics, and other functions What We Are Looking For Education Technical diploma (Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering xrdztoy is a plus Experience Solid experience in a manufacturing environment Proven exposure to production processes, planning or operations support Experience in structured industrial contexts is a strong advantage Technical Skills Basic knowledge of production KPIs (OEE, efficiency, quality) Familiarity with ERP/MES systems Ability to read technical drawings is a plus Strong Excel skills for data analysis Soft Skills Hands‐on, proactive and solution‐oriented mindset Strong problem‐solving and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage priorities in a fast‐paced environment Passion for continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
