**Purchasing Officer**:
TXT Group is looking for a qualified and motivated Purchasing Officer to join our Corporate Purchasing Office team based in Cologno Monzese.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Interfacing with and managing suppliers, establishing the characteristics, quantities, delivery and payment times of the different products/services with related verification that everything is carried out according to the established terms and times;
Prepare analysis of the quality and service/product offered by the supplier with related reporting ;
Manage supplier ranking documentation;
Interface with various company departments for needs assessment;
Analyze service and material needs for cost optimization;
Manage purchases, enter orders and item master data via management software;
Support in preparing management reports.
**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and supplier management preferably in medium/large company environments.
**Technical Skills**: Advanced knowledge of SAP management software and Knowledge of administrative procedures for order management.
**Languages**: Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Ability to work by processes, proactivity, organizational and interpersonal skills, propensity for teamworking, problem-solving and planning skills, negotiation skills, analytical approach and accuracy complete the profile
