For Scaleway, an iliad Group company, we are looking for a resource in the role of an Account Executive .
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the company's customer base as well as finding new opportunities in prospect accounts. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all client requirements are met, and that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Account Executive who will be accountable for prospecting into target accounts and manage a portfolio of clients' full sales cycle to increase consumption. Specifically:
1. Manage portfolio of accounts (full sales cycle), in order to increase monthly consumption of our solutions
2. Create & innovate on prospecting techniques to be ahead of the curve
3. Enrich and maintain Salesforce Database to ensure seamless processes
4. Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs and Sales Solutions Architect to provide the best customer experience to your prospects and clients
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
6. Provide regular reports to management on key account activity and performance (pipeline generation, velocity, capacity to find solutions in order to contractualize complex business agreements)
7. Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide adapted solutions
8. Identify new business opportunities and work with the Marketing team to develop strategies to win new business
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
Requisiti
Must Have
10. At least 3 years of experience in role
11. Proven experience in Tech Industry (Cloud, software/SaaS editor and IT services companies)
12. Capacity to know which elements of sales you master and which ones you don’t, but you have a clear vision for how they all work together
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
15. You love to learn every day and collaborate with your peers
16. You are curious & passionate about the future of cloud computing
17. Fluent in Italian and English. A third language is a plus.
