Job Description
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests and accompany them to their table and monitor the table rotation. As a hostess breakfast you may be asked to welcome guests to breakfast room, checking the room numbers, help with seating and guarantee that guests have a great breakfast experience.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
• Excellent English skills
