Personal Assistant is responsible for providing PA support to the CEO, the role is extremely varied depending on the CEO needs and you will be required to work collaboratively and efficiently to help maximize the best use of his time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a high quality administrative, secretarial and organizational support service
- Acting as a key liaison point between the management and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining god communications
- Effective diary management, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
- Providing support for meetings, this will include preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up
- Sorting, distributing and responding, or drafting, responses to incoming mail or calls, in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting the CEO in his projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, consultation, team-management
- Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses
**Requirements**:
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
- At least 2yrs previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT Skills (i.e. Office 365)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
- Excellent writing and organisational skills
- Clear understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
- The ability to pay high attention to detail to ensure that high quality work leaves the organization
- Ability to work in a flexible manner - out of hours as required
- Excellent written English (at least level B2) and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to travel
