We are expanding our team and are seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to handle client support, manage digital support processes, and ensure excellent service via chat, voice, and direct supplier connections. Responsibilities: Manage client support during vehicle breakdowns or difficulties. Oversee digital support operations, intervening as needed. Ensure successful support delivery through chat, voice, and supplier coordination. Requirements: Availability for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends. Full-time commitment of 40 hours/week. Proficiency in English and Italian; additional language skills (Spanish or French) are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or operations is advantageous. Strong team spirit.
