Job Description
Within the Customer Service team, the intern will support operational activities related to the management of a customer portfolio, both Italian and international. The resource will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers and colleagues from different departments, developing cross-functional skills and an integrated vision of the order-to-cash process.
Main activities
* Entering customer orders into the management systems and updating delivery/forecast plans, both manually and via EDI flows.
* Daily communication with Italian and international customers regarding availability, timelines, and delivery methods.
* Timely updating of the order portfolio and monitoring of changes.
* Active collaboration with internal departments involved in the process (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Shipping).
* Support in updating prices within the order portfolio.
Qualifications
* Educational background in economics, management, languages, or related fields.
* Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
* Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Teamwork attitude, strong communication skills, and customer orientation.
* Accuracy, proactivity, and ability to manage priorities.
