As Site Manager, you will lead the on‑site delivery of commercial interior fit‑outs from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You’ll align subcontractors, clients, landlords, and internal teams, translating innovative designs into built spaces. You’ll champion Unispace’s values, uphold health and safety, and drive client satisfaction while collaborating across regions to implement our 80/20 methodology. This role offers meaningful impact in creating workplaces that empower performance and well‑being.

* Understand contracts, scope, drawings, and specs to guide delivery
* Execute delivery strategies for project success
* Manage on‑site relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and agents
* Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure quality
* Communicate on‑site progress clearly with the Unispace team

* Complete punch lists and perform QA/QC at stages
* Maintain on‑site documentation and manage document control
* Implement site risk management and elevate issues to senior PM when needed
* Manage project close‑out and handover
* Support CSR program implementation
Responsabilità
* Construction project management experience with commercial interior fit‑outs
* Relevant health and safety qualifications
* Knowledge of construction sequencing and building codes
* Ability to read drawings and specifications
* Excellent time management and multitasking
* Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders
* Problem‑solving and proactive challenge‑resolution
* Ability to influence and develop effective teams
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven track record delivering projects and managing subcontractors
