Milan Job purpose:Check incoming and outgoing goods, manage the inventory and needs of the boutique storeroom. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage stocks and optimise the organisation of the reserve; - Ensure reception: check the goods by checking the quantity and quality of the packages; - To classify and arrange the goods in an established order in the various stocks provided for this purpose; - Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms etc. upon authorization from the Store Manager; - Adjusting shop stock levels and daily restocking in collaboration with the management and the sales team; - Comply with all company fire, health, and safety regulations; - Control all stock movements and related electronic delivery documentation; - Manage storeroom requirements: boxes, scotch tape, packing; manage store requirements: shopping bags, gift wrapping paper and ribbon; - Maximize warehouse receiving and product shelving; Anticipate storage needs before parts are received; - Prepare, organize and participate in inventories and analysis of results. Profile: - 2 to 5 years experience in retail - luxury experience preferred. - Organization and problem-solving skills. - Strong relationships skills and understands the needs and changes of the market. - Strong teamworking and relationship skills. - A positive, outgoing, high energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking.
