Main Responsibilities
* Supports local managers in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes – from defining the profiles to be hired and identifying recruitment channels to actively participating in candidate sourcing.
* Assists local managers in developing skills and training plans to attract and retain talent.
* Supports local managers in the implementation and monitoring of MBO incentive plans and in managing compensation processes.
* Collaborates on and implements Group-wide projects, promoting the integration and dissemination of Group Culture across different entities.
* Assists in preparing specific local reports.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within structured multinational companies.
* Strong influencing and listening skills.
* Data analysis capabilities.
* Fluent English.
* Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.
