Your Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Execution: Support the creation and implementation of internationaltrade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sell-outacross key channels. Market & Shopper Analysis: Conductongoing analysis of market trends and shopper behavior to tailorstrategies to local needs. Go-to-Market & Localization: Collaboratewith local marketing and sales teams to adapt central initiatives andsupport retail negotiations with compelling trade stories. Category Management: Contributeto optimizing assortment, pricing, and shelf strategy in partnership withinternational distributors. Performance Tracking: Monitortrade marketing initiatives using defined KPIs and help identify bestpractices for continuous improvement. Commercial Process Governance: Assistin standardizing key commercial processes in line with global guidelines. Channel Strategy & Portfolio Management: Support the development and execution of channel-specificstrategies and align local product portfolios with global standards. Your Profile: University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a relatedfield. 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, orCustomer Marketing within the FMCG sector, ideally in an internationalcontext. Proven experience in promotional activations, POP materials,sell-out analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in international markets or within a global HQ is astrong asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage projects independently while workingcross-functionally. Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
