The Field Service Italy is looking for a Field Service Coordinator for Monza site.

What about the job
In your role you will:
8. Be Responsible for planning the Field Service activities
9. Evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the requested service
10. Make and Confirm appointment with the customer
11. Be responsible to ensure an optimized service response
12. Make reporting of field activity and technical report (follow up Service report)
13. Verify the ordered spare parts delivery for the Field Service job
14. Manage all post-op issues
15. Be supervisor in pre-service site
What you know
You have:
16. Technical Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree will be an asset
17. Mechanical and Automation knowledge
18. Troubleshooting skills
19. Good Knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
20. A good command of written and spoken English
