About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Buyer/HSE Engineer colleague for our team in Pero.
As Buyer
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Creating purchase orders
* Processing order confirmations
* Managing ddt/supplier invoices
* Managing supplier invoice portal "simple ---invoice"
* Expediting activities (reminder of order confirmations and deliveries)
* Managing supplier master data
As HSE Engineer
* Employee EHS training as per italian law 81/08
* Employee Medical fitness as per sanity plan
* MSDS and PPE Management
* Managing the employee access database
* Visitor and third-party access management
* Managing the S&AM Technicians EHS for access on site
* Machines monthly report
* Collaborating with the EHS Manager regarding emergency plan and risk assessments
* Handling waste management.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
* 1-2 years of experience with data entry, management toll and ERP systems
* Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent computer skills and an ability to navigate the web and company portals
* Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English language knowledge
* Aptitude for problem solving and multitasking
Considered As An Advantage
* Knowledge/experience with Environmental Health & Safety industry, standards, procedures
* Experience from Procurement/Purchasing
