As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining all applications linked to player authentication and registration flows and private area on national and international markets.

This role requires a holistic view of digital systems and player services, ensuring that platforms are safe, efficient, and compliant with local regulations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into valid technical solutions.

You will design scalable software architectures, safe and with high performance, with particular regard to modularity and reusability. You will also lead delivery activities, promoting best practice and modern technologies adoption.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will actively participate in the consideration and implementation of new solutions and technologies. You will support and mentor team members, contributing to their professional growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in coordinating digital application delivery teams with Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies, ideally in high-regulated markets such as online gaming, insurance, fintech, or banking.
">

You should have a degree in STEM fields and excellent knowledge of IT processes, architectural framework, and patterns, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, SDLC, with deep expertise in software development.
">

A strong understanding of secure code development is essential, and proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written, is required. You should be a great communicator, able to conduct proficient discussions with all stakeholders to identify commonly agreed solutions.
