Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bomporto. The Workshop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with the technical department, supervising the workshop team, monitoring quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Workshop Manager will also identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and maintain product excellence.
Qualifications
- Technical and operational skills, including experience in workshop management, production processes, and use of advanced operational systems. - Leadership and team management abilities, with expertise in supervising and coordinating a technical workforce effectively. - Proficiency in quality control measures and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and certifications. - Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with industry regulations. - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency in a workshop setting. - Experience with custom manufacturing and working directly with technical departments is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred. - Fluency in English and/or Italian is highly desirable.
