Main responsibilities: Planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations; Coordinate transportation arrangements, including pickups and vehicle rentals; Coordination of operational services: rooming list, transfer list, flight lists; Preparation and management of cost estimates to ensure compliance with budget constraints; Managing communications with participants and travel documentation; Planning activities such as events, tours, visits, and dinners; Resolving travel-related issues or changes that may arise; Communicating effectively with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements; Selection, negotiation, and coordination of suppliers; Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel or events. Required skills: 4 to 6 years of proven experience as Hospitality Manager or similar role; Strong organizational skills; Decision-making skills to address challenges quickly and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control; Ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt quickly to changes; Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
