In this Region Manager role, you drive sales momentum and revenue growth across your territory by building strong retailer and distributor relationships. You translate corporate priorities into actionable field strategies, elevating performance through leadership with distributor and broker partners. You’ll balance topline growth with profitability while shaping and executing a high-impact plan. This is a chance to influence key accounts, develop teams, and push energy brand initiatives at scale.

* Manage distributor senior leadership relationships, strategy development, engagement, and execution
* Oversee day-to-day distributor relationships, joint business planning, and reviews
* Support Senior Trade Development Managers with capabilities, KPIs, priorities, development plans, and recruitment
* Develop direct reports into hybrid roles focused on process accountability and field execution standards
* Lead distributor incentives to boost field sales engagement and energy portfolio priority
* Create and manage joint key account activation calendars with distributors
* Build capabilities of direct reports, including development plans, sales tool optimization, and national customer call approach
* Lead in-field execution standards (POS, displays), track KPIs, support NPD and distribution
* Maintain open distributor communications to share standards, best practices, issues, and solutions
Responsabilità
* Bachelor?in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred)
* More than 7 years of sales experience, leadership role preferred
* More than 7 years of experience in retail, broker and distributor sales environment
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
* Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports
* Fluent in English preferred
