Position: As a MxM Pro Sales Executive at Musixmatch, you will drive and execute sales and customer acquisition growth for Musixmatch's suite of products and services.

What you will do: Collaborate in devising and implementing Musixmatch's customer acquisition planDeliver individual revenue objectives quarterly, and contribute to team revenue objectives quarterlyProactively engage prospective clients to establish relationships and understand their needsPresent Musixmatch products and services consultatively to prospective clientsWork with Musixmatch Product and Partnerships teams to drive market and product developmentManage and maintain the opportunity sales pipelineSupport and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectivesRequirements 2+ years of experience in partner or consultative salesConsistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skillsExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to 'read a room', anticipate questions and issues, and tailor your pitch accordinglyStrong understanding of the entire music ecosystem, with an established network of connections within record labels, distributors and other stakeholdersPersonal drive, ability to work independently, a natural problem solverOrganized and self-reliant: you are comfortable working in a scale-up environment and managing varied demands on your time and resources. You are also comfortable defining new structures and ways of working efficientlyExcellent relationship-building and networking skillsStrong communication skills, professional fluency in English and SpanishYou must be comfortable articulating a world-class data service, and you have an aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies into your sales strategiesAnalytical rigor - you must know how to analyze, optimize, and scale your initiatives quantitativelyAbility to manage high-pressure situations calmlyYou're joining a fast-paced technology company.
