PValmont Solar | Convert Italia SpA, a leading company in the photovoltaic industry worldwide, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to support the development, coordination, and execution of solar tracker projects across global markets. You will work closely with the Technical, Sales, and Project Management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery — from design validation through to installation and commissioning. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProvide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal phase to final commissioning. /liliAnalyze site-specific conditions and adapt tracker layouts and configurations accordingly. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales, RD, and Manufacturing) to ensure technical feasibility and client alignment. /liliPrepare and review engineering documentation including technical drawings, BOMs, layouts, and technical specifications. /liliSupport construction and field service teams by providing documentation, clarifications, and on-site technical assistance when needed. /liliIdentify risks and propose corrective actions during engineering design reviews. /liliAssist in cost optimization and technical solution standardization across projects. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliDegree in Electrical Engineering. /lili1-3 years’ experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. /liliFamiliarity with photovoltaic systems, single-axis trackers, or solar field design. /liliKnowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools. /liliFluent in English. /liliWillingness to travel occasionally for site visits or support during project execution. /liliExcellent communication and teamwork abilities. /liliProblem-solving mindset and structured approach to work. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. /li /ulpPosition: Full-time /ppThe search is open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77), and the data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 101/2018 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). /p
