What You'll Do
Perform maintenance, repair and improve Tesla vehicles using specific software and advanced tools, traveling to customers in a remote setting. You may be located in a service center when requested.
Ensure high quality: fix right the first time, inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre‐delivery, work with the highest quality standards.
Act as a Tesla ambassador: represent the brand and its mission during field interventions.
Collaborate across local and international teams to share support, best practices and continuously improve the service experience.
Own customer interactions: perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and vehicle usage.
What You'll Bring
Professional experience in vehicle service and repair, automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
Relevant technical qualification to perform vehicle repairs in Italy.
Strong communication skills: fluency in English and Italian, able to express yourself clearly and respectfully.
Full European driver's licence (Class B) held for at least two years.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, and travel to various service locations.
Legal right to work in Italy.
