In this role, you will take on a pivotal role in the development of passive safety devices, as you will be responsible for product design and engineering. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliWorking independently, you will be responsible for all 3D CAD related Product Development activities: from the initial concept debrief, 3D engineering, prototyping related activities down to the product industrialization phase. /liliYou will communicate detailed information and send technical files to suppliers, analysing the product’s feasibility and proposing any needed changes. /liliYou will also be responsible for engineering new structures to be tested, keeping a keen eye on target cost, feasibility, performance, innovation and aesthetics. /liliWorking closely with our suppliers, you will follow up on CAD related activities so to finalise 3D files and archiving them accordingly. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongJob Requirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliTechnical Diploma and / or Degree in Industrial Design degree. /liliA minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastic parts engineering using CAD software such as Catia V5 and Rhinoceros will be a must have. /liliSolid proficiency in Catia V5 and Rhinoceros will be a must have. /liliAny proficiency in Grasshopper will be considered a strong plus. /liliProficiency in Adobe Package (in particular, Illustrator). /liliKnowledge of thermoplastic materials and injection molding. /liliKnowledge of technical sportswear industry and technical materials. /liliA problem solver with a proactive approach, as well as the ability to propose new innovative solutions will complete the profile. /liliStrong ability to work both independently as well as within a team, along with strong communication skills will also be necessary. /liliFluency in English is a must have – The working environment is fully English speaking. /liliAvailability to travel. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther Information /strong /ppPosition is available in Onè di Fonte (TV). /p
