 
        PpFor an International Entertainment Company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tourism Product Operations Manager to join our Tourism division. This role is key to shaping and executing the product offering in line with the company’s strategic direction, managing supplier relationships, coordinating pricing and revenue processes, and ensuring seamless operations across the booking and service delivery chain. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProduct Development Strategy Execution: Support in designing and developing the Tourism travel offering, aligned with the strategic direction defined by management. /liliBuild and maintain a structured product catalog in coordination with the web and marketing teams. /liliPlan monthly and seasonal activities in line with the overall annual strategy, particularly aligned with the football season calendar. /li /ulh3Supplier Partner Management /h3ulliLead supplier sourcing and negotiation processes. /liliCoordinate operational activities with suppliers and ensure quality service delivery to clients. /li /ulh3Pricing, Revenue Budgeting /h3ulliManage the pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and margin control in line with approved budget parameters. /liliOversee the entire product cycle from definition to final pricing. /li /ulh3Technology Tools Implementation /h3ulliSupport the integration and management of tools such as Channel Manager and CRM systems to streamline operations. /li /ulh3Operations Booking Coordination /h3ulliManage bookings and coordinate administrative and operational processes in close collaboration with core company departments such as Finance, Ticketing, and Customer Service. /liliOversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of travel services and customer satisfaction. /li /ulh3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3ulliProven experience (seniority) in organized tourism within a Tour Operator (T.O.) or Travel Agency (T.A.) context. /liliStrong understanding of booking systems and operational processes within a T.O. environment. /liliExperience with revenue and product management tools is a plus. /liliDemonstrated ability in supplier negotiation and product planning. /liliStrong organizational and operational management abilities. /liliAbility to plan and prioritize based on strategic goals. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliComfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments. /liliWillingness to be hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day operations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
