The Training & Education Manager EMEA is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs across the EMEA region. The role ensures that frontline teams have the skills, product knowledge and behaviors required to deliver exceptional customer experience, elevate brand sophistication, and support business growth. The manager collaborates closely with global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategy and training objectives.
Training Strategy & Execution
Ensure full execution of the regional training strategy across the EMEA perimeter.
Design structured training and development programs (both in presence and remote) tailored to clusters, countries, or assortment.
Facilitate and adapt global training modules to regional needs in collaboration with Global Education and EMEA teams.
Organize and execute large-scale training events such as annual seminars-ETM
Assess training needs to identify performance gaps and required upskilling.
Coordination of local trainers in the implementation of the training strategy in each country.
Develop Beauty Consultants' or store teams’ skills through ongoing on‑floor coaching and follow‑ups.
Provide qualitative feedback to regional and global training teams on learning impact.
Ensure delivery of a premium, brand‑aligned customer experience.
Track training impact on KPIs and Surveys
Digital Training Tools & Innovation
Identify opportunities to deploy and optimize digital training tools across EMEA markets.
Roll-out of the education app across the region
Oversee administrative training responsibilities and ensure alignment with budgets.
Track and measure KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Retail, VM, HR, Marketing) to ensure full training integration. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in training or education roles within luxury, beauty, or premium retail environments.

Education
