About the Role
Reporting directly to the Project Management Manager, the Project Manager will autonomously oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, Assembly, and Sales, as well as engagement with international suppliers. The candidate will also contribute to Intercompany and R&D projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Apply and ensure compliance with the company’s Project Management Framework (methodology, policies, processes, tools) and Project Governance Model.
* Review project scope, time, and cost constraints against the original Business Case or customer order/contract.
* Identify and engage project stakeholders, including customer representatives when applicable.
* Ensure project execution and achievement of objectives within defined constraints (budget, time, scope, quality).
* Coordinate key project communications and manage all required project documentation.
What You Need to Be Successful
* Master’s degree in Management, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
* 3–5 years of experience in project management within structured industrial environments.
* Preferably from the pharmaceutical sector.
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Strong autonomy in project management.
* Problem-solving mindset with solid analytical and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
