The Project & Structured Finance Sr. Analyst will work within the Project & Structured Finance Team to support the development, financing, and operation of company projects in the EMEA region. This role will have focus on the following activities: Responsibilities - Support in the origination, negotiation and closing of project and corporate finance transactions, liaising with banks, financial partners, and other institutions together with their advisors. - Create, adapt, and maintain financial models for solar PV and battery storage projects in connection with projects acquisitions, financings, PPA, auctions and M&A activities. Financial models to be managed will be either developed internally or coming from third parties. - Identify and quantify key investment drivers to perform sensitivities and be able to provide an analytical assessment of different business cases, so deals can be structure in the most efficient way. - Develop internal / external investment memorandums for different purposes / stakeholders. - Have a strong capability to understand and assess about the different tax and regulatory aspects of the business opportunities within the region. - Interface closely with Business Development, EPC, Legal, M&A, PPA and other departments to support projects move forward efficiently from a financing perspective. - Perform market research activities and be update about market trends and new regulation impacting the company business. - Work closely with the rest of the P&SF team supporting the different Company demands. Skills & Competencies - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project and/or corporate finance. - Excellent financial modelling skills. Experience with macros and Visual Basic will be a plus. - Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of relevant the business dynamics. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express ideas effectively and fluently. - Ability to work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and high ethical standards are essential. - Ability to synthesize and organize multiple parallel workflows in an efficient way, keeping attention to details. - International experience and previous exposure to M&A transactions will be highly valuable.
