Position
Reporting to the TSS IS Supervisor, the TSSE is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provides technical support for both domestic and foreign colleagues.
Main activities
* Doing technical specification analysis and product selection
* Doing technical proposals
* Providing technical documentation
* Bearing and gears calculation in the proposal phase
* Preparing general assembly drawings
* Updating project time schedule
* Supporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applications
Requirements
Education
* Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
Requirements
* English - good knowledge
* Strong mechanical skills
* 2D-3D technical drawing
* Microsoft Office - good knowledge
* Job experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position
Additional required professional qualifications include:
* Research and analytical skills
* Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues.
