Purpose of the Job
* Manages the configuration items from the “As Required” & “As Specified” baselines regarding Requirements Management.
* Ensures that the management of tender and project requirements is performed according to the global Requirements Management (RM) process and methodology, ensuring the delivered product meets contractual requirements.
* Provides support and training to tender and project teams regarding RM processes, methodology, and tools (DOORS).
* Monitors and reports on RM activities, manages the RM database, and assists engineers and scope owners in their RM activities.

Links with: System Engineers, Product Designers, System Application Architect (SAA), Project Architect, V&V, Safety, RAM, Quality, Project Engineering team.
Responsibilities
* Implements Requirements Management global processes on tender and execution contract projects for technical & non-technical requirements.
* Sets up the Requirements Management plan according to the RM process and project strategy.
* Acts as the guardian of contract integrity from an RM perspective.
* Leads engineers in requirements development activities.
* Verifies data quality & consistency in the RM database and exports KPIs to PrEM regularly.
* Communicates with project stakeholders to follow up on requirements commitments, exports, and coverage throughout the requirement lifecycle.
* Manages requirements changes & configuration.
* Contributes to the RME Network.
* Acts as the DOORS key user for the project team.
