Role : Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location : Remote, Europe (flexible on country of residence within EU)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Central CI team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in leading Kaizen activities and developing world-class CI capabilities. They will be responsible for managing site-specific CI implementation activities, ensuring that productivity plans contain sufficient operational improvement projects to attain/exceed YoY site-level productivity targets. The successful candidate will also lead and develop a team of Central CI Engineers within the EU regions.
This role is a key agent for change within the organization, focused on building world-class CI capabilities, supporting the identification of productivity opportunities, and delivering specific Kaizen activities to ensure flawless execution and provide additional coaching/support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site-specific CI implementation activities to ensure productivity plans contain sufficient operational improvement projects
* Lead and develop a team of Central CI Engineers within the EU regions
* Build world-class CI capabilities and support the identification of productivity opportunities
* Deliver specific Kaizen activities to ensure flawless execution and provide additional coaching/support
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
* Multidisciplinary knowledge of production, maintenance, quality, production engineering, internal logistics, and launch (NPI)
* Demonstrable track record of improvement in operational performance
* Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or other project management certification preferred
* Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies in Operations
* Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification
* Able to travel up to 50% of the time, globally and domestically
