PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe candidate will be placed within the engineering department and will support to lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects related to Cab Interior components and systems (dashboards, interior trims, living area) on Heavy, Medium and Light ranges, ensuring alignment with program milestones, time, cost and quality. The role oversees the integration of requirements-project, and cross-functional coordination along the entire development cycle, from concept to industrialization.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESKeep project planning updated according to project status of different interior teams, proposing proper actions to enable project milestone achievement according project needs.Drafting reports and analyses to support engineering decisions and risk management.Cost status monitoringInterior Trim perceived quality monitoringInternal documentation management to support and lead supplier status (from RFQ to SOP).Documentation of acquired knowledge in design standardsAll documentation and written correspondence in EnglishREQUIREMENTSWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Good knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office toolsBasic knowledge of project planningBasic knowledge of component processes is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem solving skills.Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.Basic knowledge Model Based System EngineeringKnowledge of Italian and English, both written and spokenMaster's Degree in Management Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or similar studiesDIGITAL SKILLSMS Office 365, Outlook and TeamsMS ProjectPLM system
