For our corner in Rinascente Milano, we are looking for a new tempo parziale Client Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of their desires, needs and expectations.
Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Prove brand and product knowledge.
Ensure and maintain a high standard of shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Contribute to a high level of security, preventing product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service and a commercial mindset.
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution.
What We Offer
A competitive pay depending on performance: you will have commissions on concession sales.
