Our client, a leading B2B manufacturing company, is currently looking for a:Production PlannerAim The resource will be responsible for translating demand into an actionable production plan that balances production flow, efficiency, cost, and quality—ensuring that products are produced on time.Areas of responsibility:Develop daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, capacityOptimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to consistently meet production targetsEnsure raw materials and components are available for productionBalance workload across machines and shifts; identify bottlenecksMonitor WIP and finished goods inventory levels to prevent over/understockAnalyze production data and KPIsGenerate reports Adjust plans in response to changes in demand, supply delays, or breakdownsRequirements: Degree in engineering or equivalent qualificationsRelevant professional experience in similar roles within the Manufacturing sector, ideally from mass production contextsKnowledge of ERP/MRP Systems, Production Scheduling Tools and MS OfficeOrganization & Time ManagementProblem solvingCommunication & CollaborationResults orientationTeam working & ProactivityItalian and English Fluent Location: Province of Ancona
