General Description :

Under the supervision of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy by managing a team of Key Account Managers.

The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies, aims to achieve sales targets with allocated resources and budgets, and is responsible for coaching and developing their commercial team.

Essential Functions of the job :

1. Builds brand awareness and enhances BeOne Medicines' image in the oncology market.
2. Establishes strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), study groups, and key accounts.
3. Prepares the market for the approval of BeOne Medicines' products.
4. Implements marketing strategies for upcoming oncology product launches.
5. Builds and structures a competent commercial field team within their geographic area in Italy.
6. Achieves regional sales and performance goals.
7. Plans and monitors regional and cluster team budgets.
8. Sets sales goals and analyzes market performance.
9. Identifies developmental needs of team members and executes personalized training and coaching programs.
10. Provides scientific advice and support to KOLs in hospitals.
11. Leads cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
12. Informs management of market changes and competitor activities.
13. Supervises key account plans and collaborates with Market Access to facilitate account access.
14. Works closely with Marketing to measure and improve field force effectiveness.
15. Aligns strategies with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
16. Participates in scientific meetings, symposia, and workshops.
17. Provides leadership to foster high performance, engagement, and a culture aligned with BeOne Medicines' values.
18. Attracts, develops, and retains talent; promotes effective communication and teamwork.
19. Builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in oncology.
20. Centers patient care in business decisions.
21. Ensures team compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications

* Scientific education with experience in similar roles; life science degree preferred.
* Over 5 years of qualified experience as a commercial team leader, with leadership in oncology.
* Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Specific knowledge of the oncology market, particularly lung and gastric cancers.
* Strong supervision and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
* Motivated, solution-oriented, positive attitude.
* Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
* Valid driver’s license.

Education Required : University degree in science or business; minimum 10 years industry experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Oversees local/regional sales teams, responsible for hiring, supervision, and development.

Computer Skills : Proficient in MS Office.

Other Qualifications : Fluent in verbal and written English.

Travel : Approximately 60% of the time.
