Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a strategic partner within Prysmian's global legal function, overseeing cross-border disputes, investigations, and high-stakes transactions. You will shape legal strategy for high-value matters and coordinate top external counsel to support senior leadership. You will serve as the primary legal interface for C-level stakeholders on contentious and strategic issues, and lead complex M&A, JVs, and international contracts. This position offers high visibility and impact in a multinational industrial context, with global remit from Milan. You will help safeguard group risk while enabling major business initiatives.

* Strong track record in litigation, investigations, transactions, and complex negotiations
* Credibility and autonomy with C-level and senior stakeholders
* International mindset, highly analytical, pragmatic and business-oriented
* Fluent English; willingness to operate globally
