Compensation and benefits:

Responsibilities
* Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur. Maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs.
* Assure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30-day period).
* Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
* Screen applicants and manage pre-employment processing for candidates. Administer assessment tests as needed
* Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
* Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
* Post openings in with professional organizations and in other position appropriate venues.
* Utilize the Internet for recruitment
* Create and maintain monthly recruitment calendar, outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
* Partner with Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (i.e. hiring sheets, transfers in BOETA, status changes, etc..).
* Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
* Responsible for all aspects of licensing
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high volume work place.
* Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
* Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
* Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).
* Must have excellent customer service skills.
