Responsibilities
Coordinate and support planning and forecasting processes (volume, revenue, discounts, costs)
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management and planning meetings
Conduct variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking
Develop and implement monitoring tools and reports to track margins and ROI
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, including identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities
Continuously optimise controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management
Profile
Degree in business administration or a related field
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers
Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Interest in data analysis and enthusiasm for developing improvements
Initiative and ability to work in a team
Very good English, German and Italian language skills
