As we continue to expand our EMEA portfolio, we are seeking an Infrastructure Manager, EMEA to lead and coordinate the technical development and operational readiness of our data center infrastructure, with a strong focus on power management, electrical distribution systems, and utility coordination.
Role Overview:
The Infrastructure Manager, EMEA is responsible for managing the delivery, and performance of CloudHQ's Utility infrastructure across multiple hyperscale data center projects in the region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all infrastructure meets the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems engineering, data center design, and utility infrastructure coordination, as well as experience working with cross-functional project and operations teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure planning and technical delivery for hyperscale data center developments across EMEA.
- Oversee all aspects of power infrastructure - from utility interconnection and substation design to onsite electrical distribution and backup systems.
- Coordinate with utilities and grid operators to secure power capacity and manage interconnection processes.
- Work closely with engineering design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- Develop and maintain regional infrastructure standards, specifications, and commission protocols.
