You will work closely with the Customer Success, Engineering and R&D teams, helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologies.This role combines technical troubleshooting, software validation, and customer-facing support, offering exposure to cutting-edge automation and additive manufacturing systems.Few examples of responsibilities:Perform software testing and validation on Caracol’s additive manufacturing software, ensuring correct functionality and performance.Execute hands-on robotic 3D printing tests to validate toolpath planning, slicing processes, and printing quality on large-scale AM systems.Help technical support and field engineering teams in troubleshooting Level 2 software-related issues, occasionally interacting with customers.Provide internal training and guidance to support teams to help them handle common Level 1 technical requests.Collaborate with R&D and software teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and collect feedback from real production use.Ideal Background:Technical diploma (ITS) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical fieldUp to 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial automation or robotics sector. Experience in Additive Manufacturing is a strong plusBasic knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, or JavaFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.G.
